Taking the long way home...

There is a reason this is the road less traveled. Jurassic Park or Dawn of the Dead??? Seriously folks. I can't make this stuff up.

Four Months

Once again, I'm here...posting about another month flying by and all the changes our little girl has made. Each phase has been more and more fun...perhaps because there's less spit up, more sleep and no more colic!!! (can I get an AMEN!)

She did so well at her 4 month check up. She weighed in at 14.6 lbs and is 23 inches long. She was all smiles until the mean nurses came in for shots. She cried a little, but calmed down just as soon as her Daddy picked her up. (but look at those legs...they were made to cushion a shot!) Then she napped for the next few hours.

Some of the housekeepers from work have been anxious to see updated pictures. When I showed them these, their response was that "she is SO juicy!" HA! Juicy! Looks like CeeLo may have just earned a new nickname!

In other update news...she rolled over!

And, as you can tell by this smile, she was rather proud of herself.

Her new favorite toys are her FEET!

Which is nice for me since they're always available!

She holds her bottles all by herself.

And she loves the pool!

We're having a great summer full of new discoveries!

A Sunday Laugh

Sadly, I had to work on Sunday. However, while I was there I received the following series of pictures from the big sisters.

I'm sure she's thinking how much fun payback will be as soon as she learns how to walk!
